The purpose of this meeting will be for the FCCC to nominate three candidates to replace outgoing Clerk of District Court Kristi Green. The Fremont County Commissioners will choose Kristi’s replacement from the three candidates.

House District #34 Representative Tim Salazar is hosting a Town Hall meeting for Fremont County on Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 10am til noon. He has invited a group of other legislators also so, it will be informative and a great place to hear what’s happening in the Wyoming Legislature and in our beloved Fremont County! Bring your questions and let’s support our elected representatives that serve us well and want to hear what our concerns are.

Do you ever wonder how the beautiful Avenue of Flags on Riverton’s Main Street gets presented? Well, the American Legion Post #19 is the answer!
This Flag Day, June 14, 2019, volunteers will meet at the Reach Foundation at 7AM. We will then load the flags,drive to Main St., and place the flags in their holders located from West to East on Main Street. That afternoon, about 4 we will pick up the flags, refold, and store them away until the next event.
Great opportunity for anyone that would like to help! 3 pick up trucks are needed and the more hands on deck the better.
Just one more way our Community is served by the people that live and play in it!
On Friday, June 14th, 2019 we have the wonderful opportunity to work with the American Legion to put American Flags on Main St.. The group will meet at 7am at which time 3 trucks will be filled and volunteers head out to place the flags at designated posts on Main Street. At approximately 4pm the Flags will be removed and taken back to the storage place.
Unless otherwise noted: Meeting place will be Reach Foundation 822 N. 8th St.

Founded in 1938, the National Federation of Republican Women chose political education as one of their primary objectives. Their training’s are a comprehensive overview of political campaigns from the inception until a campaign is over. Any candidate, political campaign manager, political party, etc. will gain skill and financial understanding of the undertakings of the political process.
Instructor Holly Robichaud will be coming to Riverton Friday June 28, 2019.
If you or anyone you know are interested please do not hesitate to contact Ginger Bennett, Fremont County Repulican Women President. A venue will need to be chosen to accommodate the number of attendees and also to provide materials. A venue and price will be issued when we ascertain the number of tickets to be sold.

Fremont County GOP and the Fremont County Rep. Women will once again team up to participate in the “Day in the Park”.
Details are just being provided so, mark your calendars for Sat. July 13, 2019 and come to Riverton for a fun day for the whole family! The Skateboard Park, brand new Splash Pad, along with playground equipment, shady areas, and booths filled with delicious foods, handcrafted items, one of a kind treasurers, and lots of other goods will be the recipe for total enjoyment!
We will have MyWy tees, and a great opportunity for participation in Wreaths Across America Program. Information on our County and State Republican Parties will be available along with website and facebook contact information. I know we’ll have other goodies as well.
This is going to be a wonderful day in Riverton City Park and a great opportunity to visit with old and new friends.
