WHO: ONLY DULY ELECTED OR APPOINTED PRECINCT COMMITTEEMEN         AND   COMMITTEEWOMEN WILL VOTE BUT ANY REPUBLICAN     MAY ATTEND.

WHEN: TUESDAY MARCH 17, 2015 6:30 PM (DOORS OPEN 5:45PM)

WHERE: DISTRICT COURT ROOM, COUNTY BUILDING, LANDER WY

IMPORTANT BUSINESS:

AGENDA WILL INCLUDE APPROVAL OF CONVENTION MINUTES, PROPOSED BYLAW CHANGES, LEGISLATIVE REPORTS, ELECTED OFFICIALS REPORTS, ANY COMMENTS FROM CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS, & ELECTION OF COUNTY GOP OFFICERS.

ELECTION OF COUNTY OFFICERS:

You will be electing the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, State Committeeman and State Committeewoman for the two year term covering March 2015-March 2017. Any Registered Republican residing in Fremont County may run for these positions. If you need additional information, please call current county chair D. Vaughan.

The remaining positions on the executive committee are appointed. If you have any interest in those, please approach the newly elected chairman.

If you are a duly elected precinct person and cannot attend the meeting, there is a proxy form provided for you to assign your voting rights to another person. The carrier of this proxy must reside within your same precinct and be a registered Republican. Any one person may only vote 2 proxies.
