The purpose of this meeting will be for the FCCC to nominate three candidates to replace outgoing Clerk of District Court Kristi Green. The Fremont County Commissioners will choose Kristi’s replacement from the three candidates.

All precinct committee persons are automatically delegates to the county convention, those numbers are included below. (Example: There are 4 precinct committee persons in Lander 1-1 (automatic delegates)…so they need to elect 6 additional delegates and elect 10 alternates.)

Registration fee for the Convention is $15.00 which includes lunch.

The Republican Women of Fremont County PAC will be sponsoring our annual FUNdraiser on March 15 with the theme “MARDI GRAS”! Food, Fun, and Funds for Republicans.” Please come and join us!
The caterer this year is Wyoming Catholic College Catering. Their head chef served the athletes at the Beijing Olympics and presents his food in an appealing, appetizing manner. New this year is a dessert auction during dinner so you can top off your cuisine with a delectable sweet.
A single ticket may be purchased for $30, a pair of tickets $60, or better yet, consider spending $100 for special Gold Bead tickets and really make an impact for the Fremont County Republicans. If you have a person under 18 coming, the ticket will be $18.

Our Republican County Convention will be held on March 15 as well. Any elected officials or candidates who would like to address either the convention or the dinner, please contact Darlene Vaughan, County Chair at popoagieranch@hotmail.com or 307-332-7261. We are doing Street Corner Soapbox Speeches (yes, real soapboxes). There will be a time limit. You may drop into the convention at any time, but we would appreciate you being part of the entire Mardi Gras evening.

What is scary about Obama is that he really believes he is doing the right thing. Results are not the goal liberal/Democrat/socialists strive for. Their only goal is have government redistribute wealth until everybody has the same size piece of the pie whether they work for it or not. The harder YOU work the MORE earnings you will have for GOVERNMENT to distribute.

Mark Stone, Candidate for Fremont County Sheriff & Dominick Weigel Candidate for Fremont County Coroner.
These will be followed by a short business meeting.
The agenda for discussion will be as follows. If we run out of time we will continue at the July meeting.
A) Candidates to give presentations followed by Q&A

B) Set the date for the July meeting because of the 4th weekend.
The designers of our Constitution expected us to have educated voters that would elect representatives that were religious, moral, and of good character, and that political life would not become their profession. They understood human nature and only feared our failure to fulfill our obligation to FREEDOM. Why did we elect a Community Organizer and so many others that do not believe in the American way?
Barbecue starts at 5:00 PM. The Candidate Forum starts at 7:00 PM.
